Being EmotionWise
A Free, One-hour Zoom Workshop for Educators

We've all had those face-palm moments when we realise that we have reacted poorly due to our emotions. And we all get stuck in a rut occasionally!

Emotions are at the core of our human experience. From physical health to relationships, academic achievement, success at work and mental health - emotions underly everything and shape our wellbeing.

It can be extremely challenging to travel the emotional rollercoaster of life. We can help you navigate the ride.

Welcome to our free workshop – Being EmotionWise.

  • Discover practical strategies to master your emotions and be more adaptable.
  • Learn to shift your feelings from average to joyful (without spending money or taking a holiday!).
  • Gain easy-to-use, science-based tools to utilise the power of emotions to manage stress and burnout, boost your productivity, and reach your potential.

   Wednesday 1st November 3.30pm - 4.30pm NZT on Zoom

We’re delighted to offer our snapshot of the best tools from the field, drawing on the research of luminaries such as Susan David, PhD (Harvard Medical School), Ethan Kross, PhD (Emotion & Self Control Laboratory, University of Michigan Psychology Department and Ross School of Business), Lisa Feldman-Barrett, PhD (neuroscientist & psychologist, Northeastern University, Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School), Barbara Fredrickson, PhD.

This was brilliant. Kim is such a great presenter, and the content was spot on. She was so calming to listen to. The pace was great, and the handouts followed nicely. So many things we can take into our classrooms and use with our kids.
